The Foundation offers specialized technical expertise nationwide in historic preservation planning, compliance with federal preservation laws, Native American consultation, development and implementation of tribal historic preservation programs, and integration of Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
